   It kinda just looks like a big mess of hair, I don’t really see it as “curly.” Maybe if the ends curled around more? I dunno.

   Also, the body is getting kind of lost, it kinda just looks like a floating head and some legs.

   I agree, this looks more like “Charlie’s Angels” type hair, if that’s any help :)
   Good point about the body as well. Maybe try switching the color of the shirt and shorts, that may help the body stand out more (or make her blond)
   Another thing maybe would be to add swirls in the hair (granted that won’t work too much on dark hair)… think Video Girl Ai.
   Ok, I’m done geeking out… :P

   She means like Fara Faucet(sp?) wavy, teased up kind of hair.
   Fashion model from the 70’s style.

   At least I think.
